Atmosphere 2009 to highlight issues facing industry - 2009-07-27RAC Magazine - The first international conference in Brussels devoted exclusively to natural refrigerants is to take place on October 19-20. Atmosphere 2009 aims to bring together policy makers, finance bodies and technology specialists to discuss developments, issues and future directions in carbon dioxide, ammonia and hydrocarbons.
Among the events planned are workshops for each refrigerant, an international policy discussion and a call for action ahead of the Copenhagen climate talks. Speakers include our own alternative blogger Nick Cox, together with Tesco’s Andy Campbell and Star Refrigeration’s Andy Pearson. As a chronicler of all the developments in new refrigeration technology, RAC is media partner of Atmosphere 2009. We will be discussing the important issues ahead of the event, as well as bringing you the very latest developments from the conference itself.
